Ordering

  1. Order Placement: Orders can be placed through our website or by messaging us on our Facebook page. Please provide details such as product selection, quantity, and pickup/delivery preferences.
  2. Custom Orders: For special flavors or large orders, we recommend placing your order at least 1-2 weeks in advance.
  3. Order Confirmation: We will confirm your order via email or message, including payment details and pickup or delivery options. Changes can only be made prior to confirmation.

Pickup and Delivery

  1. Local Pickup: Free local pickup is available at at a time and place agreed upon during order confirmation.
  2. Local Delivery: We provide local delivery within El Paso at no extra cost. Delivery will occur at a mutually agreed-upon public location, established at the time of your order.
  3. Delivery Issues: We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses or if no one is available to receive the order.

Payment

  1. Payment Methods: We accept payments via PayPalCash App ($itsthemrsodyseee) is accepted at the time of delivery/pickup, however a non-refundable deposit of $5 must be sent for your order to be processed.
  2. Pricing: Prices are subject to change but are locked in once the order is confirmed.
  3. Refunds and Returns: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Allergy Disclaimer

Our bakery uses ingredients such as wheat, dairy, eggs, and nuts. We cannot guarantee our products are allergen-free due to cross-contamination. Please inform us of any allergies when ordering.
